Peshawar: Earthquake of magnitude 5.4 hits different parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) today early in the morning (31st March). The Centre of the Earthquake was about 100Km West from Chitral.
The quake was felt at about 9:16 in the morning in Mansehra, Chitral, Boner, Shangla, Lower Der and Malakand mainly.
The shocks were also felt in some areas of Islamabad, Murree.
According to the Meteorological Department the exact intensity of the earthquake was said to be 5.4 on the Richter scale.
